Financial Support of the Conference
The conference was financially supported by the following organization. This help was use to keep low cost student registration to the conference and to provide travel assistance to scientists.

General Information

This is Versailles. The Conference site is "highlighted" on the left

The 12^th International Conference on Atmospheric Electricity is a unique opportunity to present and discuss the newest results and to assess the most relevant issues on atmospheric electricity and lightning physics. Young scientists are especially encouraged to attend the meeting and present the results of their research.

Most of the topics related to electricity in Atmosphere will be addressed: Fair Weather Electricity, Physics of lightning, Lightning Protection...

The conference will be held in France, in the city of Versailles, a nice and quiet historical city very close to Paris. Date of the Conference is from Monday 9^th to Friday 13^th June 2003. In Paris area, a few days before summer season, a sunny and warm weather can be encountered.

We, at the Commission and at the Organizing Committee look forward to welcoming you in Versailles in June 2003.

Extended abstracts must be received by April 1^st, 2003. On acceptation of the abstract, a four pages paper, including figures and references, will be included in the conference proceedings.
