TiMREX
From 20 May - 4 June 2008, I, along with Amanda Anderson, participated
in the Terrain-influenced Monsoon Rainfall Experiement in Taiwan. Our
responsibilities included rotating shifts at the S-Pol radar site in SW
Taiwan, keeping detailed logs, and learning when and how to change
radar scanning strategies for various scenarios.
CSU radar group has a TiMREX site that can be found here.
CSU mesoscale dynamics group also maintains a TiMREX site, located here.
Our daily logs can be read here.
Shortened S-Pol summaries that we prepared for the project are listed
